WE HAPPILY OFFER MOBILE APP REFILLS, SECURE TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION, AMONG OTHER ADHERENCE SOLUTIONS FROM THE CONVENIENCE OF YOUR SMARTPHONE. THIS PAGE OUTLINES INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING AND SETTING UP OUR IPHONE AND ANDROID APPS AND ITS FEATURES.
APP INSTRUCTIONS:

SEARCH FOR RXLOCAL AND INSTALL THE APP ON YOUR PHONE, OR FOLLOW THE LINKS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE
3. CREATE A USERNAME AND PASSWORD FOR YOUR RXLOCAL ACCOUNT
4. FIND “DAVIS ISLANDS PHARMACY” BY SELECTING YOUR STATE AND CITY (TAMPA, FLORIDA), AND TAPPING ON DAVIS ISLANDS PHARMACY.
5. FILL IN YOUR NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, AND OTHER PATIENT INFORMATION FOR THE PRIMARY ACCOUNT USER. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ADD ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBERS FROM WITHIN THE APP.
6. REVIEW AND ACCEPT THE “TERMS OF USE”.
7. CREATE YOUR SECURE PIN NUMBER. YOU’LL BE PROMPTED TO RE-ENTER THE PIN SO YOU DON’T FORGET.
8. OPT-INTO NOTIFICATIONS SO YOU CAN TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF THE APP’S FEATURES.
9. YOU’RE ALL SET! FROM WITHIN THE APP, YOU CAN:
- Add your spouse and children to manage their medications and refills
- Access pharmacy contact information
- Seamlessly submit refill requests
- Manage your doctors and insurance information
